Typically takes 30-45 days after ordering to receive. Items may arrive in separate boxes.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns for these kits, HOWEVER, you will be given a 30-day warranty to ensure your equipment is working properly. If a warranty claim is approved we will accept your return and send a replacement machine.

To start filing a warranty claim, you can contact us at chelsea@riverrockcreations.com If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first issuing a warranty claim will not be refunded or replaced. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
